AGCG’s progression model is based on a clear and meritocratic structure.
Each grade corresponds to a level of autonomy, expertise, and impact on collective success.
Collaborators progress through 6 main stages, each broken down into sub-levels (1, 2, 3) to fine-tune progression.
👩💻 Analysts (Junior & Senior)
Analysts form the foundation of AGCG’s intellectual and technical output.
Curious, rigorous, and passionate, they translate complex issues into actionable analyses.
Analysts learn to structure, model, document, and produce clear, reliable deliverables.
As juniors, they discover consulting methodologies, develop their cyber culture, and become familiar with frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE).
As seniors, they become proactive, able to autonomously manage certain analyses and participate in the development of internal tools.
Their role is twofold: learn quickly and contribute to the quality of the advice provided.
🧩 Junior Consultant (1, 2, 3)
The junior consultant is an on-the-ground actor who implements AGCG's recommendations on real missions.
They consolidate their methodological foundation and begin managing project segments under supervision.
They learn time management, client communication, and documentation rigor.
As they progress, they gain mastery over cyber issues and develop ease in client relations.
They learn to transform a problem into a concrete deliverable, scope a subject, and become a credible interlocutor
for operational management.
Their goal is to become autonomous and reliable in production.
🔍 Confirmed Consultant (1, 2, 3)
The confirmed consultant masters consulting methodologies and embodies AGCG’s standards of excellence.
They know how to manage a complete project from start to finish while mentoring more junior profiles.
They become the anchor of the mission, able to anticipate risks and guide the client towards the right decisions.
They contribute to structuring offers, consolidating complex deliverables, and formalizing action plans.
Their progression relies on balancing technical expertise with a consulting posture.
They begin contributing to the growth of the firm through research, article writing, or supporting bids.
🎯 Senior Consultant (1, 2, 3)
The senior consultant is a domain expert.
They combine know-how, strategic vision, and the ability to manage long-term client relationships.
They coordinate work, ensure the quality of advice, and actively participate in the development of new offers.
They embody the firm's culture: rigor, humility, and leadership.
In addition to project management, they train, coach, and inspire teams.
Their progression often includes certifications, sector-specific expertise, or specialization in a key area (Cyber Risk, SOC, Strategy, Transformation).
🧭 Mission Leader (1, 2, 3)
The mission leader is the true conductor of a project’s success.
They manage planning, coordination, and quality control, while ensuring client satisfaction.
They act as both the operational leader and the ambassador of the AGCG brand.
At the confirmed level, they are responsible for profitability, project governance, and integrating deliverables
into the client's strategy.
They anticipate needs, structure reporting, and lead steering committees.
They are naturally prepared for managerial responsibilities, becoming mentors and trainers.

The manager is a pillar of the firm: they embody AGCG’s expertise and the stability of its client relationships.
They oversee multiple missions, manage multidisciplinary teams, and actively contribute to the strategy of offers.
They act as an internal entrepreneur, ensuring delivery and driving growth.
The senior manager, meanwhile, plays a key role in building the firm’s reputation.
They participate in prospecting, responding to strategic tenders, and managing complex accounts.
They are known for their ability to inspire trust, convince COMEX, and unite teams around a business project.
🏛️ Operational Director, Portfolio Director & Senior Director
These roles embody the firm’s overall vision and sustainability.
The operational director coordinates activities, offers, and performance within a strategic scope.
They arbitrate, develop, and ensure coherence between the firm’s ambitions and client needs.
The portfolio director oversees multiple lines of offerings, leads expertise communities, and contributes to AGCG’s innovation strategy.
The senior director represents the firm to decision-making bodies and acts as the international ambassador of our vision of cybersecurity and responsible digital transformation.

Partners embody the culture, vision, and governance of the firm.
They lead major missions, develop strategic relationships, and ensure the overall quality of the advice provided.
They are responsible for growth, knowledge transfer, and the firm’s influence.
Senior Partners ensure the continuity of the model, institutional representation, and international coherence of the group.
They dedicate part of their time to knowledge transfer, supervising emerging leaders, and structuring strategic partnerships.
Their role goes beyond leadership: they embody AGCG’s mission.
